Welcome! This course offers both a green construction primer and green certification preparation. The green construction portion of this course is based on the book Green From The Ground Up written by David Johnston. Mr. Johnson has 30 years of sustainable building experience. He is a true pioneer in the green building industry. The exam prep portion of the workshop was designed specifically for the Green Advantage Residential Exam by Green Expert Lucy LaVoulle. Ms. LaVoulle has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. She is an EcoBroker and a Green Advantage Certified Environmental Contractor, Residential and Commercials.
